The LPR system is a device that recognizes the numbers and letters of the license plate through the license plate reader when a vehicle enters the parking lot, provides a photo of the vehicle and the license plate number on the monitor, and automatically saves it on a PC. By using this license plate reader, you can reduce the cost of parking tickets by eliminating the need for a separate parking ticket, and you can prevent problems that occur in the parking lot such as returning the pass.

The method of renting an unmanned fare calculator that helps to settle the parking fee at the time of exit is highly popular among building owners and operators because it reduces labor costs while reducing the burden of parking lot installation costs.

"According to a labor contracting company, each parking guard costs 16.5 million won per year, so if you assume that you usually hire two guards for each site, it is much more profitable to rent an unmanned meter," said Kim Seung-taek. In addition, if difficulties arise with the use of unmanned machines, the machines can be forced to be cleaned or reset through 24-hour monitoring and remote control to maintain good conditions, and the 24-hour parking lot entrance and exit monitoring function can prevent crime and control vehicles efficiently.

Tuzi System is currently installing unmanned fare calculators at the Welts Tower in Songpa, Seoul, and plans to expand its scope in the future. "We will continue to discover new models, such as smartly creating small parking lots that have been difficult to manage, and developing parking lots using the web," said Kim.

Tuzi System, which has been distributing parking control systems in Korea with Zeag, a 40-year-old Swiss company, since 2003, has recently organized its distributors and built its own unmanned parking system, and is expanding its scope to optimal parking lot operation and consulting business, including equipment supply, customized system design for each site, and dispatching professional management personnel.

"The domestic parking market is more price-sensitive than durability and quality," said Kim. "The European products we have handled in the past have been priced at a high unit price depending on the exchange rate and delivery method, and it was difficult to meet the consumer's desire for quick supply." "However, we have now chosen our own route and are able to apply a model customized for each customer and site," he added. In the current situation where the existence of small companies is threatened by the entry of large companies into the parking control system market and low-cost sales with capital, Tuji System is in the midst of developing and applying products optimized for each site while managing regular customers by providing steady maintenance services.
